You do not need to go on holiday to find some peace and quiet. It could be enough to reach the gardens of Palazzo Gonzaga in Volta Mantovana. Let yourself be carried away by the magic of the East, its rituals, the harmony of the movements in martial arts, the words of ancient wisdom. This is Dragon Day.

The event is developed as a meeting of gyms and athletes from around the world who practice martial disciplines and here want to show their performances. Besides the competitions, you can approach this world through eastern religious practices, relaxing massage, yoga meditation techniques, participating in conferences or even purchasing ethnic handicrafts. The evening ends with a tasting of typical dishes from the East.
