Most of the events in our territory come from ancient traditions that intertwine elements of Christian devotion and secular habits of men living by the rhythms of nature, and are now an occasion of aggregation of the community.

An important example is the Feast of Sant’Antonio in Asola, the patron saint of farmers, called “chisulér” in the Lands of Upper Mantua: “chisoel”, in fact, is the name of a typical cake still largely baked in our homes.

Fireworks, music, raffles, mulled wine, tastings of focaccia and flavors of the rural tradition and above all the bonfire up to tens of meters high are the ingredients of the success of the feast of Sant’Antonio on the 17 January.
